By downloading, accessing, or using the Safora mobile application (“App”), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the App.
Safora is a personal alert and notification tool designed to send an SOS message to your selected emergency contacts (“Guardians”). Safora is not an emergency response service, medical device, or guaranteed method of obtaining help.
The App does not replace emergency services such as 111, 911, or 999.
You acknowledge that alerts may be delayed, disrupted, or may fail to send for reasons including:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Safora and its owners, employees, developers, and partners are not liable for:
If liability cannot be excluded, it is strictly limited to the total amount paid for the App in the previous 12 months. If the App is used free of charge, liability is zero.
Safora is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis with no warranties of any kind, express or implied.
The App relies on external systems including mobile carriers, OS notification services, mapping APIs, and hosting providers. Safora is not responsible for any failure of these services.
Safora may suspend or terminate access for any misuse or technical necessity at any time.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of New Zealand.
These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the App indicates acceptance of all changes.
